FOR OWNERS, AGENTS AND DEVELOPERS

Make the right introduction for your property.

Present your property clearly, reach interested buyers and keep your next steps in one place.

Start with the essentials

Tell buyers what you are selling, where it is and what makes it useful. Add an accurate description, asking price and photographs. You can save a draft and return to it.

Share evidence privately

Ownership or authority-to-market evidence is optional when you first list. You may add documents you already have, and staff may request evidence later when needed. Private documents are stored separately from photographs. Uploading a document does not mean it has been verified.

Choose your advertising plan

Free, Plus and Premium plans offer different durations and media allowances. Paid plans support visibility. Every listing follows the moderation process, regardless of plan.

Know your agreement

Review the seller declaration before submission. Advertising fees are separate from a sales commission. A 2%–10% commission applies only if you separately agree an exact rate and service terms in writing; submitting an advert does not agree a rate.
