Use the enquiry or inspection action on a property page to contact the team about that advert. Confirm appointment availability, service scope and any fees. Publication review is separate from property verification: read the recorded checks and ask what further professional work you need.

For a purchase, get suitable independent advice on title, authority and payment arrangements before proceeding. For a rental or short stay, confirm availability, the full amount, included services and written terms. An online advert or accepted offer is not a completed transaction.
Advertising a property · Add the essentials
Register, add your name and phone number, then complete Page 1 of the advert form. Page 2 is optional. Save your draft to add photographs and videos within your plan allowance. Ownership and authority documents are optional when you first advertise. An eligible first advert is automatically assigned Plus while the new member offer is active; activate the free offer at checkout before submitting.

Check the property facts and photographs, activate your advertising plan and accept the seller agreement. Submit the advert for staff review. The decision and any amendments requested appear in your account and are sent by email. Advertising payment does not guarantee approval or a verification result.
Advertising a property · Keep your advert current
Manage enquiries and inspection requests from your account. After approval, use the revision option to change details or media and submit those changes for review. You can turn the SOLD or RENTED badge on or off without approval. Any agreed success commission is separate from advertising fees and is recorded in your marketing agreement.
