Flexible & Transparent Sales Commission
Sales commission is negotiated between 2%–10% of the final agreed sale price when you separately engage us for buyer introduction or sales support. The exact rate depends on the property, services and our involvement, and you agree it in writing before those services begin. Posting an advert does not itself create a commission fee. Advertising charges remain separate, and listing checkout never collects the property purchase price.
